Hollywoodbets bad customer service and faulty vouchers sold to customers

Hollywoodbets bets customer service is one of the most pathetic.Hollywoodbets has lost the plot. Judging from all the reviews here...I guess I'm not the only one with this issue. Hollywoodbets bets vouchers are not loading.You purchase the voucher,then it the voucher number doesn't work.You then have to chat to their customer service which isn't very helpful at all (Think the actual bot is more helpful) The customer service consultants are so rude and unhelpful.They only trained to copy and paste.They never answer your questions and end the chat even while you still asking them questions.They are of no help.They selling vouchers but the pins are invalid.They making customers lives very inconvenient and difficult.Gone are the days you buy a voucher,enter the pin and play.With Hollywoodbets you buy the vouchers,its doesn't load,you spend the day chatting to the unhelpful consultants,and wait 24 hours to play. Its a waste of my time...I will definitely close my account after this. PLEASE READ ONE OF THE CONVERSATIONS WITH A CONSULTANT
