Hollywoodbets bad customer service.

On the 19th of January 2019 I made an EFT payment from my capitec account to Hollywoodbets absa, but the funds don't reflect to date I've contacted them numerous times via email and phone calls but they keep on sending me back and forth giving me excuses, I've emailed my proof of payment twice but they don't even bother responding, their service is really bad.
