Hollywoodbets AVIATOR 'something went wrong" monies not paid out

On the 9th of July i was playing aviator, and i put in a R100 bet and cashed out at 25. And it said *something went wrong" i wasn't paid out. i played another one and cashed out at 48 and it send the very same thing. This wasn't only happening to me on that day as i screenshot the other players comments. I sent them an email on the 10th & guess what their response is how i should log in!!!! Pathetic services i sent them proof of this conversation. I wish i could get to speak to the ceo to show him proof of the kind of employees he has working for him who doesn't sends you s response completely different from what the issue on hand is well i guess thats the tactic used not to pay out clients. & mind you my browser history is always cleared. Luckily i have proof of the people who also cashed out and had the exact same problem so clearly the problem was Aviator & hollywoodbets
