Hollywoodbets at it again *****ing from customers

I'm so sick and tired of dealing with hollywoodbets and there problems in the withdrawal department I called 17 times yesterday 2 times today and still no help the customer support are arrogant and rude in total I won R4000 on Tuesday I withdrew it and only R3000 went in they reversed R1000 I attempted 2 times to withdraw the R1000 they reversed second time it withdrew but it never went into my account and now all they can tell me is it reversed(I know that I saw that and withdrew again I have 5 email notifications to prove it) I can't view my betting history or withdraw history it's not working(wat a coincidence and convince for them as usual) now I have to beg and fight for my winnings again this to happens far to often I want my money hollywoodbets owes me R1000 stop been so shamefully arrogant and been ******* and pay your customers out properly and the right amounts I'm waiting for feedback again the last time I had to wait over 3 months someone better call me back because I also see the option to be called back has been removed aswell I was number 92 all day yesterday wake up hollywoodbets sort this out try been a honest business for once.
