Very disappointed. Twice now I've won money and I'm not allowed to withdraw it. FICA documents outstanding. I sent it through via the link and via email but nothing. I called the call center and I'm laughed at and the phone slammed on me. Hollywoodbets is a licensed operator but behave like *******. I'm at my wits end with them. I want my winnings, it's mine...

An update:
I am pleased to say that my query has been resolved. I received a call from Mr Thaban Hadebe, he was polite and understanding to my needs. He sorted my FICA problems out telephonically.
