Hollywoodbets are Rogues

I am disgusted by Hollywood bets and their reasoning for "robbing" their customers. I bet on the soccer world cup elimination tound selecting France to 'WIN' for the quarter final, semi final and final. I initially called querying why i never got paid for the quarter final and semi final because france won. First i was told theres a technical error it will be updated a few days later i het told i chose France to lose. What sense does that make if i select win and select France how was i choosing France to lose?? Anyway i spoke to multiple people and go no results or feedback and it been very frustrating. So if i bet on the elimination round an my win for France was actually for France to lose, then why was i not paid out for the Final?? No onr can give me straight answers and my bets have very conveniently been archived so they cant access it. Its not a big some of money but how many other people are they doing this to? Is thos what Hollywoodbets does to get more rich. Rob the small betters because they not going to think anything
