Hollywoodbets are robbing people and they full of ****

On the 2nd of December I have placed 2 bets on my hollywoodbets account 195575 and they have give me a bet but a few minutes later I see that they have canceled my bet so I called in to find out why...I can't remember who I have spoken to but the lady said they canceled my bet because the bet was taken after the time it supposed to start...then I asked okay but why did they lay me a bet if this is the reason she no unfortunately there is nothing she can do and is there anything else u said what about the time url lay us the bet and then the horse don't win url don't give us our money back she asked me when and I need to show proof so it was her bad luck because on the 5th of December I have taken a bet and I took it late and it lost..I have screenshots of my bets as proof...

The point I'm making is hollywoodbets are robbing people and getting away with it..it is ********* behavior that they are demonstrating and they should be fair. I sent an email to them regarding this and they still didn't get back to me
