My friend recently bought a voucher using the online deposit option with their debit card for 5k and no balance updated on the hollywood account. They had provided pop and statement proving the money the the account to Hollywoodbets and they are denying it. @Hollywoodbets please bring the back do not be a ****mer

24 May 2026, 08:58Please do this issue occurred on the 21st of May with all the relevant information and proof provided but no Outcome I believe that voucher of 5k needs to provided because the lesser amount voucher was given with no issues it was also the same issue on the same day. This is raising alot of questions if you guys can resolve the R200 issue why not the R5000 or have you now kept it ito yourselves. Please treat with urgency as our patience is not running thin
