From the 15th December till now, Hollywoodbets has not credited my account with my winnings. I've written 4 complaints on Hellopeter and all I get is "we have escalated the query " . I have never in my life seen such pathetic service. Does their CEO not review complaints? Is there an SLA to resolve complaints? Do not put your money on them, they are ****mers.

23 days and still no response to paying my money.
Every time a review is published, Hollywood Bets response is that their Escalation team will make contact but no one does.
They are *******!
I have no option now but report them to the gambling board as well as take legal action.
