Hollywoodbets are *******.

I purchased a Blu voucher valued at R87 on the 17 July 2024, through the Nedbank banking application. I received the voucher via sms and proceeded to the Hollywood bets site to redeem the voucher. Upon entering the redemption code, the page advised that the voucher is invalid. Proceeded to call Blu Voucher they then provided me wurh the serial number which I then gave to Hollywoodbets. Fast forward 8 days and guess what, Blu Vouchers confirmed that the voucher was redeemed by Hollywoodbets already on the 17 July 2024. Hollywoodbets still giving me the run around, making me wait on the call, cutting the call, promising that my account will be credited by 07:00 in the morning. Nothing still nothing.
