Hollywoodbets are ******

So last night Hollywoodbets was going through whatever they were going through because their system was slow. Anyway I play a bet shortly before 00:30 for R275 and it doesn't give me a confirmation, it just loads. I refresh after a few min and my page doesn't load. When I finally get online again I find my ticket was placed but it duplicated 3 times. I spoke to a consultant on the chat to cancel the 2 and she said she can't cancel it because 1 of the games had just started. It was a full time bet. So why couldn't you cancel it, on top of that it was not my fault, you can clearly see that this was a duplicate. The consultant also said it was not their fault because the tickets were 30sec apart. I mean really now who places 3 multiple tickets, exact same amount, 30sec apart. Hollywoodbets are a bunch of ******. Period! I have worked at a betting company before and this was just pure lies. You are still able to cancel the ticket or manually cash out, they just didn't want to do their jobs and it cost me at the end. Hire people that want to work!
