HOLLYWOODBETS AND WITHDRAWAL NIGHTMARE SOAP OPERA

Horrible Nightmare at Hollywoodbet Withdrawal Dept. Its been 72Hours and Hollywoodbets has still not paid me my winnings. I made a withdrawal Sunday Morning 9:40am and until today i havent received a cent. First was advised that STD Bank is experiencing Technical Internet Difficulties and there is going to be a delay in receiving my funds because my withdrawal process is completed on Hollywoods System so the delay is with the bank. After 24hours of waiting i called Hollywood the agent attending to my call then advise me that the withdrawal Maximum Waiting period is 24-48hours. It has been 72Hours and still i haven't recieved anything from Hollywood On Sunday when i got the message the from Hollywood telling me about the Std Bank instant money debacle and technical issues i should make use of alternative withdrawal method (Alternative bank) the agent that attended to my call when i called in on Sunday told me that my withdrawal cant be reversed because why the status of my request is completed on hollywoods system therefore its irreversible and i should wait for STD Bank. On Tuesday after 48hours of Waiting i called in again and was told the same Story that the Delay is with STD Bank its they Status of my request on Complete on Hollywood system the delay is with std bank. STD Bank couldnt find any recent vouchers on my cellphone number when i called in for my Voucher and Pin to be sent from me since the delay lies with them as per Hollywood. 72hours still nothing Hollywoodbets call centre agent ask you is anything else they can assist with but they havent resolved your current query the resolution is by escalating the matter to relevant dept then they ask IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE?!!!!!!!CONGRATULATIONS HOLLYWOODBETS!!!!!! THE AWARD FOR THE WORSE SERVICE IN THE SPORTS BET ONLINE GAMBLING GOES TOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOOOOOOOOOLLLLLLLLYYYYYYYWOOOOOOOOD!!!!!!!!!! OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE YOU'VE MANAGE TOO USE THE BRAND NAME OF STD BANK AND POSING A REPUTATIONAL RISK FOR THE STD BANK INSTANT MONEY FACILITY

Greetings Shanaaz im going give credit where its due and all of it goes to Hollywoodbets its just that i find this rather strange because i have not received any missed call from Hollywoodbets was there any unknown missed calls the past week so hollywood probably called from a different number other than the 087 line. Listen to the latest development and please people tell me what do you think or in your own discretion what seems to be transpiring with my withdrawal request. So we there was a problem with STD Bank whereby my the Bank declined the transaction and the Funds was returned back into my Hollywoodbets account.Second withdrawal request was Actioned only this time an alternative bank was selected ABSA Cashsend facility and the Guess what the status of my withdrawal request and i "Quote" Pending bank approval. Well i still haven't my voucher nor pin from ABSA i have to wait another 24-48hours that will bring us to 7days of waiting and all the Agents can tell you is apologies for the inconvenience caused and that the matter has been escalated to relevant dept and is there anything else they can assist you with? Number one yet again you havent helped all you did was escalating a query to the withdrawal dept the very same dept i've been calling days on end and still havent received my winnings even if i made use of a alternative bank to withdraw my funds as per the Advise of Hollywood that i must make use of alternative withdrawal method because std bank declined it. Please help me according to my understanding when The bank declines a transaction as such that means the account is in access and there is no funds in the account isnt it? Because if there was funds available in the account the payment to my number would've been Approved and a voucher and pin would've been expedited accordingly. Its clear to me that Hollywoodbets has no funds available in the std bank account period. Should i be worried about ABSA aswell because if my payment from ABSA is also Declined then what?
