Hollywoodbets agents *****ing vouchers

Hi people I just want you to be aware that Hollywoodbets agents take ppl's vouchers... I've went to buy the voucher myself now they telling me it has been redeemed by another person on a betting site... I've sended this voucher to 8 Hollywoodbets agents cause every time I do a inquiry they give me a new email address on live chat so one of them used it yes they cont have their phones on the floor but they can write it down... They told me I'll be getting it 9am today after that they say I'm in the queue after that another one said I'm not in the queue now it has been redeemed by a person on a other betting site how's that possible don't you pay enough to ***** from people... Now I've seen it all and why I know on of the agents used the voucher is cause that slips cont be reprinted
