Hollywoodbets absa cash send withdrawal Theft!!!

Hollywoodbets is a total waste of time and money. Customer service is useless, and the only response I get every single day when I call and email is that my request has been escalated and my reversal is qued to be completed - 3 January WILL BE 1 MONTH SINCE I REQUESTED AN ABSA CASH SEND WITHDRAWAL. 7 TH Dec after not receiving the voucher number I requested that the funds are reversed in not my Hollywood account so I can then use a different method to with draw .... I am frustrated daily as I have to enquire and no one can help me. Also I have noticed to that if your winning you will be kicked off the game or it's starts lagging! And losing starts... I have gone personally into hollywoodbets to try and get my money and they just gave me there landline phone and I spoke to a consultant that was just like the others useless Hollywood is taking and *****ing and rigging the games. Pls also do not use absa cash send as a withdrawal method. Lastly if anyone know what I can do or who I can contact from absa or someone with authority at Hollywood that can get my money back pls help me I will appreciate it. Thank you
