Hollywoodbets, on the 7th May i was busy playing big circus with R3 bets and was awarded fire blaze with the coins, had a couple of stars as well, close to the top with almost all spaces with high paying coins it eventually decided to throw me offline, usually if you go back to it it will continue but on the 7th of May at approx 10H25 it took me back to a normal screen and all my winnings were lost, i feel its unacceptable what happened, i feel hollywoodbets should reimburse me for the loss, its been 65 days today and still no answers, so my only option is to sue and take them to court cause theres no competent person there that can assist me, imagine i was on a million winnings and i had lost it all due to going offline, hollywoodbets are held responsible, they give you online games to gamble on so if theres a glitch in the system its definately not my problem. i will go ahead and do what i have to do, its unacceptable this happens and i should warn the people out there that it doesnt happen to them as well, thank you for reading this and i hope Hollywoodbets fixes their glitches in the system.
