3weeks ago I bought a 250 voucher from my banking app when I pin in the voucher it gave me an error, I contacted Hollywood bets and they told me that I should log off every time after playing which I did, I then bought a 100 voucher same way and again I received that error after communicating with them for 3 weeks I’m still waiting for my voucher to be refunded ref***3
