Hollywoodbets 8 days & counting for a simple deposit!

Absolute pathetic customer service! I have made a deposit through Capitec's Ownpay more than a week ago which is still not reflecting in my hollywoodbets account! unbelievable!!! I have emailed them every single day and chatted with various people on their online chat since 8 days ago. Each person is as useless or worse than the previous. I get told the issue is not from them. I have send them proof that the money is off my account but still nothing. its been 8 days now and counting! Never have i seen this anywhere.
