Hollywoodbets

Am having a problem with Hollywoodbets,am now being told that I can't withdraw my money cos I did not FICA...how can you allow somebody to keep depositing money into your business without proper paperwork????I did upload my documents but now it's a problem because I want to withdraw...if Fica is problem there supposed to close my account long back..cos its been more than 3yrs with this account....I think Hollywoodbet is a **** like some of forex traders company...

Yesterday I wrote about the problem I was experiencing with Hollywoodbets...Today I received a call from Nokubonga,she was helpful, she told me that my account is ready n I can now withdraw my money. My suggestion..I think Hollywoodbet my not accept any deposit from any one who is not fully registered (FICA). Its painful to deposit money for 3yrs and when you win u r told that you must Fica. I want to say thank you to this platform (hellopeter) where our problems r taken very serious, I thank you...
