Hollywoodbets

On the 4th of Oct I did a ewallet withdrawal of which the number was incorrect I called into Hollywoodbets on the 6th of Oct and asked for assistance of which I was told the money will reflect in my Hollywoodbets account within 3 to 7 working days off which passed since then i have been calling in or chatting on the live chat and all im getting told the query had been logged since im not getting any assistance
