HOLLYWOODBETS

For the last 3 days I have been trying to upload my Fica documents on the website as I need to withdraw my funds but it's unsuccessful... The call center number is most of the time engaged, the time that I get through the call center agent says that my account has been blocked and cannot give me a reason as to why this has happened, she advised that she will unblock me but when I tried to upload my documents again, it did the same thing, this is really frustrating and seems to me that either the Hollywoodbets app is a **** or they don't want me to withdraw my funds.
