Hollywoodbets 3rd post no help

This is my 3rd post .Shanaaz you know me by now or must I retype my issue. Katrena from withdrawals said it will be resolved and I must pay R65 from my money so I said fine. But now nothing has happened. Just load the money back into my Hollywoodbets account.why is that so hard ?
