Again, trying to withdraw money from e-wallet, getting a notification that I need a 5-pin digit from Hollywoodbets. What is it with Hollywoodbets - they accept your money with no issues but trying to cash in on your winnings is an issue?

I called your call centre and they said I must use the same ewallet pin I used I used last month or reset the pin but none of these options appear
