About a month back I wrote a review about Hollywoodbets refusing to pay out my winnings in three of their promotions, this was since last year December. I had numerous emails and chats with their agents and they simply ignored all my correspondence.

After the p[ost on Hellopeter, that very same day a employee contacted me and she would look into my query. She phoned me back after I have submitted all the screenshots, and admitted to me that I was indeed correct and that Hollywoodbets owe me the money and that I have won. She was just busy with the particular department sorting this out.

She phoned me about a week later and said that the specific department said that they have deposited the money into my HWB account, now this never happened. They deposited R100 into the account for another promotion which was not part of my query of the other three. So Nonhlanhla said she asked for a statement of my account so that she can go through the account and see where and when they credited my account and that she can show me that they had indeed paid it out.

This was almost a month back, and no email or phone call, even if they cant reach me on the phone, they can surely send me an email with the statement of account, highlighting where they deposited the money and put this to rest, but yet again, they simply ignore you and leave you in the dark.

This is the most ***********, lying, *****ing online gamble site out there. They should take a look at other sites like Supabets, who replies within 10 minutes and sort the query out there and then.

Think we need this BS company investigated. DONT DEPOSIT MONEY with them or even register. You will just loose money even if you win and you can go and watch your balances decrease a cent at a time without playing.
