Hollywoodbet stole my winnings

I'm not sure if you guys know and understand the delay you caused me for the monies that I've won. Hollywoodbet as big brand as you are,i never thought you can be so untruat worthy.

I'm asking myself a question of what if I've won R1m would I get my money or would I struggle and spend R1000 to R2000 for airtime just to beg to my winnings? Is this how you guys treat your customers. Do you really u understand that i have the right to open a case of theft against you. This is ******* so many days for you guys just to credit my account of which the problem was on your side.

I withdrew R1800 via cash send on Wednesday at around 13:00 and withdrew again R300 after lunch results where published and got the voucher number, but the earlier one was not sent to me. I was expecting the first one which is the R1800 but instead I got the R300 first that made me think too much and that'swhen I decide to call you guys.

Since Wednesday I spoke to more than 6 consultants and all promising me one hour or two hours for reversal to take place now is 8 hours still nothing. The last lady that i spoke to saw the approval and No one cared to do follow up on it. I have to call everyday and beg for my winnings.

Please I want my winnings to be reversed so i can request another withdrawal which will take another week to be paid.
