Hollywoodbet POOR SERVICE

I've never experienced such a disgusting and unprofessional customer service from Hollywoodbet FICA department.I sent them my documents a month back for the account *** and only to discovered 2 days ago while trying to withdraw my winnings that the account is not fica compliant but when i recharge it TAKES the money.Hollywood Fica department SUCKS.
