Hollywoodbet payment issues

I have recieved cash out options for my betting tickets from Hollywoodbet and I made withdrawals which thy didn’t pay me the amount I have requested Next move thy cancelled the withdrawal

I called their deposit and withdrawal department they said to me I must withdraw again there is delay from their side which I did do a withdrawal and the amount was not paid to my account

I called them again to find out what is happening to be told their system had errors but I will get paid till today nothing has been paid I then recieved a message saying there was an error from their system the cash out I did was not supposed to have occurred

I told them why should I suffer from their fault me as their customer I recieved an option which I took and now I can’t be paid the money I am rightfully acquired fairly

Please help me to sort this out even send email to the gambling board of South Africa to help in this
