Hollywoodbet not treating me fairly

Good morning

I made a bet with hollywoodbets on the 28th December 2023, my ticket won but this company has not resulted my ticket to date, I have contacted them since the 29th December 2023 to date I have not received a positive outcome. I have asked for a turn around time, they keep saying 24 to 48 hours, I am still waiting for my money. Hollywoodbet is not treating me fairly, they must learn TCF.
