6 days now without resolution on my complaint, everyday is a different lies. Comply to rules and regulations of the the game.. Loose is a loose and win is a win, let's all play fair game. According to your rules and regulations, first 10 minutes bet is considered as time on the clock between 00:00 and 09:59, and if the game is 0-0 at 09:59 then Draw is a win, but you are refusing to pay my bet because the goal was scored at 10th minutes as per x-score. clarify me if the rules has change.. At the branch they confirm that my ticket is a winner
