Hollywoodbet is not to be trusted

Why I continued doing business with this company is a regret i would suffer on my own. I made an Open Place bet yesterday and the horse i made the bet on came 3rd. Hollywoodbet says I lost that bet and took my money. I have proof to the horse placing 3rd including the bet email confirming my bet. Let's say the excuse is that few horses ran that race, I still did not lose and being refunded or bet cancelled would be honest business. How many others are being done in like this really. Our government needs to pay close attention to these business and their conduct. I doubt very much if I would ever deal with this company ever again
