Hollywoodbet ignored their machine fault and blamed it on players!!

On the 29th of January I was spinning for R9 then qualified immediately after I qualified I was spinning to load the boxes then the machine sent me straight back to the qualifying spins at that time I had raised money to R250 as was taken back qualifying spins I ended up spinning with R250 times R9 which made it R2250 then I lost my money just like that .when I notified Hollywoodbets they said I wasn't yet qualified. That amazed me because I told them what happened, but they ignored it and never refund me. Hollywoodbet is now like a ******.tge game was deal or no deal
