Hollywoodbet disappointing response and attending to queries.

I've send my FICA documents multiple of times from the 16 of May via the website even via email without getting a response regarding activating my account, so that I could be able to withdraw.i have sent the fica documents but up until now am being went from PILLAR TO POST I've been patient for long now!!! Please assist...

Because I can withdraw but hollywoodbet will reverse the money back to my hollywoodbet account.
