I have send numerous emails from October for fica verification,only my ID was verified. I'm struggling to get my proof of residence to be verified,no sms ,no email to let me know why is it taking so long ,the live chat box is useless even if I give them my email references they will say they have send documents to fica department. I just want my money because it is easy to put it in the account but now I'm struggling to withdraw. When I call the fica callcenter ,I'm put on hold for more than 15 minutes so that the supervisor can verify but nothing happens.I'm not gonna be ****med by hollywoodbet.Give me my money so I can close this account.
