Hollywoodbet are professional *****'s and ****s

On the 1st of June 2024 I have since lodged a deposit query that never reflected on my account. I was told within 24hrs the money would be deposited or refunded into my account. I have been talking to them after each and every 24hrs about my refund and all I get was my refund was deposited into my account. I have talked to 98% of their staff taking me from pillar to post.

Then a clever consultant advised that the money was deposited into the wrong account, and she escalated. Then followed up and still those lazy rascal's consultant started again singing that I was refunded. I was again told the money was deposited into this account *** and that account is not mine. It was then again escalated Still to date nothing.

Then June 20th 2024, Cristancia Bharath from hollywoodbet who is a Subject Matter Expert called and said she will take the enquiry herself and i will get a respond within 24hrs business days . She sent me an email the same day she called and requested proof of payment and i forwarded it. She then ghosted me. I sent her several emails and she never rep****. This just shows that she knows something, or She is also ****ming customers too. Till to date i have not received my refund. All i want is my refund and cut ties with hollywooodbets.

How can a topup using the hollywood platform goes into a wrong account. If it was a deposit from me it was something else. They have become biggest ****mers of all times
