Hollywood you need to get knew staff

I had a problem doing withdrawal just 4 days ago .They insisted on bank statement which I sent but they still declined. I wrote a comment here then they approved the withdrawal and said me I won't need tokens a statement again . There reason was there was issue with system .Now I sented another withdrawal and they giving me same problem.There staff are so dumb it not funny we have to deal with people like that. They don't understand any thinking about what here duties are. I never will use them again .
