Hollywood won't allow me to withdraw my winnings

Since Thursday I am unable to withdraw money on my Hollywood bets account.i deposited money bit by bit and played for a long period of time winning and losing some obviously...after I was tired of playing, I decide to withdraw and it keeps bouncing back saying it is withdrawal against deposit.i don't understand because when I calculated all my winning they are way more than the money I deposited. I am ****ed off and tired of this ****....I really need my money and I will never ever play live games on Hollywood...they are. **** and their contact centre is not helping me.

I spent a lot of money calling them with no help.

I really don't know what to do now

I am even thinking of logging a complain with the national gambling board because I am not getting any help .
