Hollywood withdrawal system is pathetic

I withdrew R18000 on Monday 30/10/2023 and it was declined due POP for deposit I did call in and was told to send my statement then was it's 3days days now I need my funds processed immediately there always issue when it comes to withdrawals and yet when when i deposit there's no issues i don't understand why must i wait another 48 hours for my cash
