Hollywood withdrawal problems.

Hi Peter.Please help me,on January the 31st 2023 I withdrew R600 from my Hollywood account but till today I haven't received a cent of that money.i went the Hollywood branch 4 times already ,each I get the same answer.when I made the withdrawal my bank went offline and the money was rejected, meaning that the money should have reversed back into my Hollywood account but that never happened.please help me get my money as I also really need that money.what happened to my money,is there *******ion at Hollywood.... from a very unhappy client of Hollywood bets..... regards to Peter.. good day.
