Hollywood time to get your policy in order

I tried to do withdrawal but Hollywood cancel my withdrawal reason being they need a bank statement. I did withdrawals recently and was not asked for bank statement. I sent them a 3 month bank statement but they still cancel my withdrawal. People should stop using hollywood because they only interest in making money . They don't give punters a chance to withdrawal there cash . They ask for for statement like theypaying for it .How many times must you give confirmation of banking details to these *********** people . Get staff that clued up about or close up
