HOLLYWOOD!! They don't value their customers

Their service is verrrry poor. They do not value their customers. You send them emails they don't respond, you call them they tells you s@@@t. No this is not on. I deposited money on satady using sd payment but even now the money is not on my account, when I call them they told me to wait for 48 imagine. And the funny thing they know they have a problem but they don't sort it out. Are we not that important??
