Hollywood sucks

On the 3rd of July I made a deposit to my Hollywood account and mistakenly put 1 number wrong on my Ref/account so the money ddnt reflect on my account so i emailed them and they required bank statement showing the transact I did but to this day 31 July 2021 I haven't received my money back and also on the 26 i was playing megaball my 93 bet disappeared n i ddnt get a refund I laid a complain but iam not helped iam soo disappointed in Hollywood
