Hollywood stole my R5000

I have been with Hollywood bets for more than two years. On the 25th August 2022 I deposited R5000 on my hollywood account, I wanted to bet soccer , to my surprise they close my account on the 26th August 2022. I call them which take me more than 15 minutes holding for assistance for each and every call i made, they told me that i should email my selfie holding my id , I did just that, my account still closed. I called them again , sometimes i would run out of airtime while waiting for help. When they finally answer I was told to send a proof of payment where R5000 coming from. I asked my fiance since she transferred the money from her account to download the statement on the app, she did and send it to Hollywood bets, still nothing happened. I called them again and I was told that they can not except bank statement in excel for, I had to ask my fiance to go to the bank and print bank statement. It was emailed to her by Ned bank consultant. I sent it to Hollywood , still my account is closed. I called them to bring back my money, I do not want to play Hollywood anymore. Still nothing they are ignoring me. I have been calling since Friday. no one is willing to help me. I do no know what do they want from me because I have provided all fica document they have requested. Please help me please.
