Hollywood should be on lockdown permanently

I did a withdrawal on a recently active account and I was decline with a msg "selfie is required" . I sent selfie to withdrawal department and to Hollywood helpline and thereafter sent a withdrawal request which was decline after about 2 hours. There staff is useless they dont read emails sent to them . You need to send couple emails to get there attention and still explain problem again after that .
