Hollywood *****s from its customers

I have been a huge supporter and customer to Hollywood bets and for the past few weeks i have been so disappointed as i now know that this company ripps people off and *****s aswell. I have been Playing a game on Spina Zonke / Habenero for a few years now and since beginning of December when i reach i get the required symbols for a 100 free spins, they remove a symbol an log me off and when i go back on its forfeited or removed. I have complained on the online chat and have also called in the call centre and they ask for a screenshot, when i did manage to get one screen shot they said i must call in, when i called in they said to email. Ive lost these 100 free spins like 4 to 5 times a day on a daily basis. This is enough to know ive been ********** and have lost an spent 1000s on a company that gives back nothing to us.
