Hollywood ripped me off

Yesterday 23 November 2018 it was Black Friday I get an SMS about the Black Friday special says you get 20% on your deposit into online betting account.

On the time I was having a spare 1000 rands I decided to go to the nearest ATM I deposit that money and then on my account I received 1200 rands include the 200 rand bonus.

On that day I placed few bettings about 20 rands. On the next morning 24 November 2018 I wake up and I check my account I noticed that's my 200 rands bonus vanished now I'm left with 980 rands. I was very angry about why they do that. I tried to withdraw 900 rands as instant payment to the ATM. I tried the whole day trying to get my money back but it was bouncing back to my online account I tried to call the call centre I spoke with the other lady on-call she told me that I have to use hole money I have deposited because I can't get it back. I told her that that is my money I understand about that unfair 200 rands bonus they used fishing us.

I still have all those telephone recordings and I'm going to file a complain on the national gambling board.
