Hollywood refuses to pay my money

Hi. I am trying to withdraw my funds for over 2 weeks and the app is not allowing me. It says successful then nothing happens. Money is still in the account. Tried calling the service centre and i am caller number 80 or more. E-mails only get an automated response and it seems they reply at night and then close the ticket before you can respond. Really disappointing as they used to be a good betting site. I would like someone to call me and give me my money please. Dont e-mail, call..
