Hollywood lies and deceiving the public

I need some help

I am being ****med by Hollywood bets for not paying me the grand Jackpot that I won legally of R7500

I hit 5 bells and trigger the bonus and I hit the Mini jackpot the Grand Jackpot, R20, R15 and R50. It pay out the mini jackpot but according to Hollywood they can't pay out my Grand Jackpot.

I have requested the reply and Was informed they not authorized to send me the reason why they can't pay out

So wen we hit the minor it paid R50 and the mini it pay R10
