Hollywood is ****ming me

I Lulama yesterday played Hollywood Bets and withdrew an Amount of R300 through an EFT withdrawal , so they told me to wait for 24hrs for bank to approve. And it’s still the same pending no one is willing to assist me , whilst are we told in writing that approvals usually take 1 hour and I know it’s a 1 hour because I have won larger amounts , now I need to use my money this morning they and I still haven’t received it , why is it such a big inconvenience am so disappointed. This shows that Hollywood has turned into a **** because they want me to forget about my winnings so it can be kept by them . This is very unprofessional
