Hollywood is a ****

I requested a payout 2 days ago. On the 8th & 9th July 22 and I have not my full amount.

Made a withdrawal of R300 on the 9th July 22 and R290 on the 8th. I have only received R200 and R390 is still pending.

I have sent several emails to no response

I emailed more than a week ago and no one contacted me to discuss my account query!

I then called on Saturday and the advisor told me that the refund will be done within 2 hours, however, the processed the incorrect payment!!!!!
