Hollywood *****ing from its clients

I had a very worst experience with Hollywood deposits, I have lost R515. 00 when making a deposit in Hollywood account and when I call deposit consultant I was number 18 in line and over one hour no respond, I had to buy Airtime again for R250 trying to contact Holly wood consultants, at end I was told to send proof of payment and my money will be refunded till is over 48 hours and still no refund no call of progress. I believe Holly wood ***** from its clients with a believe that you will no be able to claim your money back, i am really angry disappointed 😥
