Hollywood gaming is useless

Took a bet on avaitar R100 msg i got was system time out . My balance was R200 after the msg my balance was nil. I saw on betting history bet was taken twice but the stakes was 0 and winings was 0. Means I did not put any cash in that bet but account was debited twice for R100 . I contacted them via email but there consultant gave me a stupid answer. I even sent a screenshot but no response. Is this the way you make money by *****ing it from your client.
